Municipal council at work |
While "someone" had to go to work, I took off to the streets with Peanut.
Here's what I discovered about Bangalore :
1. While many parts of India are currently suffering from smog, Bangalore is smog and haze free. Possibly because they plant a lot of trees
2. They like to dig up roads!
3. Many sights disallowed bicycles but you can smile and ask nicely for the security to look after your bike 4. Tipu Sultan's Summer Palace was free to visit ONLY today because of some occasion. That saved me INR200. Lucky me!
5. There are many cows in the city center!
6. Bullock cart is still in use !
