Today is the wedding day and strangely the church wedding is held in the afternoon followed by a dinner reception. Trying to be considerate, Claudine and VT had decided as planned, not to get in the way of Yow and Sally's busy schedules. They only requested for a lift to the church.

As such, they started the day on a lazy note; picking up their breakfast from the Farmer's Market at George Burnett Park which happens to be right in front of LTF Headquarters! After that they returned to the house and went about to get some laundry done.

Lunch at Nene Chicken, Albany Highway

Approaching lunch time, they set out on a short ride, visiting Curtin University and Basinghall Street where VT once lived as a student. Albany Highway is decked with shops and eateries, a major face lift from the 90's. It is also home to Coles and IGA.

In the afternoon, Yow came to pick them up and brought them over to his new place at Brooke Gardens in Bateman which is strategically located 1 km from Bull Creek Station. As everyone were leaving for church, they followed suit, meeting everyone at Our Lady Queen of Catholic Church in Harfoot St, Willagee.

With Auntie Poh Choo and Sally's cousins

After the church wedding, arrangements were made for VT to take over the driver's seat in Uncle Hong Kum's car as he suffers from poor night vision. As the latter was invited to Uncle Hong Kin's for tea, VT and Claudine found themselves in the company of the seniors. Later, they adjourned to Jade Court at Stirling Highway, Cottesloe for the wedding banquet. This time, they were seated with VT's cousins, all sharing the same ranks!!! The night ended with lots of music and dancing which is only appropriate, coming from a groom who works in the entertainment industry.
